Clearfield County HOME Housing Rehabilitation Program

The funding of this program will assist Clearfield County to prevent blight by assisting low income and very low-income elderly and families owning their homes.  Here we will develop a comprehensive Homeowner Housing Rehabilitation program that will keep houses in livable thriving condition.  Therefore, if and when an elderly person passes on, the house can be maintained.  Families living in substandard code conditions will no longer feel the threat of their well-being.
